Dale Mabry Highway Drainage Improvements, Tampa, FL - Bayside developed drainage alternatives to improve flooding conditions at three south Dale Mabry Highway intersections (Henderson Boulevard, Watrous Avenue, and Neptune Street) and a 65-acre portion of the Palma Ceia residential area that experiences frequent flooding. The 1,825-acre study area is located in the southwest portion of Tampa. The drainage improvement alternatives were developed to meet the City's 5-yr/4-hr storm event level of service for roads and the Southwest Florida Water Management District water quantity criteria. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is $26 million dollars.
