McClelland Avenue Improvements, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL - Bayside provided consultant engineering services for transportation, drainage, signing and marking and lighting design for roadway improvements on Mac Dill Air Force Base. The roadway was upgraded to an urban facility including sidewalks, jogging trail, crosswalks, lighting, landscaping and streetscaping. The project included two water crossing structures, one for vehicular traffic and the other for joggers and pedestrians. McClelland Avenue provides access to many of the residential facilities for the officers and ranking government officials on the base. The overall construction cost was $2.1 million for the 1.05-mile section.
