Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway Contraflow, Tampa, FL - This project included the development of a contraflow implementation plan for the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway for the evacuation of Pinellas and southwestern Hillsborough counties. Contraflow is a motorist directional plan used by government officials to facilitate the expeditious evacuation of large population centers by roadway. The plan was developed for the Hillsborough County Expressway Authority in cooperation with the City of Tampa, the Tampa Police Department, and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
