St. Joseph's Hospital North and Medical Building, Tampa, FL - This significant project includes construction of a 3-story, 351,750-square-foot hospital and a medical office building complex consisting of 2-building units on a 38.4-acre parcel located on Van Dyke Road in Lutz, Florida. The hospital will provide 76 acute-care beds along with 32 additional observation beds to Northwestern Hillsborough County. The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2009.
