Employees are eligible to enroll the first day of the next approaching quarter in our Company-sponsored 401(k) Plan, can contribute to their account through payroll deductions and receive a Company match/contribution (discretionary). Take a Break
We offer a Personal Time Off (PTO) structure with a maximum of 120 hours per year beginning on January 1st. PTO may be used for sick, vacation, doctor’s appointments, etc. In addition to PTO, Bayside does observe National Holidays and Civic duty requirements (Jury duty, etc).
